We all were very pleased with how comfortable the beds were, then there was the view. It was the little things that also made us feel special, water bottle and bubbles for the tub. The hot tubs were very clean and the sauna and sitting room felt like our own spa.
Anna, Mike and their staff prepare real Italian food from old family recipes. Dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients and local products are used wherever possible. Special requests are welcome and gluten free and vegetarian dishes are available. Window side tables offer a view of Jasper's heritage train station framed by majestic mountains.
Our menu offers a wide array of Appetizers - ( PEI mussels, housemade crab cakes, grilled shrimp, flatbreads, bruschetta); Pasta - ( fettuccine alfredo, linguine pescatore, cannelloni, butternut squash ravioli, arribiatta, penne, pollo e pesto); Entrees - (veal marsala, chiopino, chicken parmiggiana, salmon piccata, Alberta gold label steaks); Pizza and Panini to mention a few menu items. A select wine list is offered and a number of our wines are served by the quartino, so our guests can enjoy their selections at their leisure.
